Our Shareholders

It is the firm belief of the principals of the firm that the overall objectives of TBM best be served if the firms remains privately held. Management will work towards an orderly transfer of ownership and will allow the ownership to be held by the key employees of the firm. Recognizing the responsibility to the employees and to the shareholders, management will seek to provide financial stability and security as well as achieving reasonable returns to the shareholders and providing proper rewards for key employees. Shareholder returns will be measured in both profitability and equity growth.
