While you and your entire staff have been extremely friendly and helpful, I would like to point out one employee, in particular, whom I feel goes above and beyond the call of her duties.
Tamera Morrison has serviced our account since the beginning of our relationship with your company. While our company only consists of 28 employees, Tamera has never made us feel small. She has serviced my company any my employees as though we were her only account. …..we have been faced with several major health issues over the past few years. Each of these cases has required a great deal of time and research. Tamera has assisted me on every case, even if it has required attention at unusual times – nights and weekends. On some issues she has even made special trips to our offices to meet with an employee and their spouse to explain how their case will work and what to expect. But, it is not just in these special situations that Tamera has set herself apart from most.
Tamera also carries through on our daily dealings. She has always responded to my phone calls and email promptly and usually has my answer within a 24 hour time period. ……She keeps in constant communication with me even when there are no issues to resolve….
Tamera has made the H.R. area of my job much easier. This has allowed me to focus my efforts on other departments within my company. If I had a Tamera in all the other areas of my job, life would be great.
