Fruit Wholesaler …….The fact that I have not thought about the insurance program is the best compliment that I could give.
Ever since TBM started handling our P&C and Employee Benefits the task of handling the insurance has been easy. We are not insurance people and don’t want to be, we sell fruit and a lot of it. Over the years we have seen large fluctuation in our insurance cost and over the last several years we have grown substantially. Through working closely with Tamera on the Benefits…….we have been able to make our insurance cost more predictable and an item that we could actually budget.
Tamera has been extremely helpful and is one of the best service people that we have ever dealt with. She is always available to us and easy to work with. She understands benefits and how to deal with our employees, which are multicultural.
